How do I pay for my purchase?
We accept two payment: PayPal or Cash On Delivery. You can use either of them.

We gurantee a 7-day return policy. For detail. go to the store policy.

How can I return a unsatifactory purchase?
To return a purchase, please contact us first. The email is bm_llxag@stu.ust.hk! Please include your order number and reason for return and we will respond with a return instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?
We do not pay for return shipping so you may use any carrier you wish. We do suggest that you track and insure your package as we are not responsible for lost returned packages.

How long does it take for a return to be processed?
It usually takes 7 to 10 business days. Once your return has been processed we will send you an email notification.

Did you received my payment?
Once your payment is received an email will be sent to you. Once you have completed checkout, you may also check the status of your payment or order anytime by visiting the your original checkout page.

We kindly request that payment be made within 7 days of auction end/Buy It Now date.
